With over 25 years experience in specialist plant and engineering, Steve Wilson has introduced a wide range of Trenchless Techniques to the company portfolio. With an ever increasing demand on contractors to care for the environment, minimize waste and work to very tight budgets, Trenchless (No Dig) Technology is becoming the first option when planning new utility installations.

SW Directional Drilling are one of UK's leading companies involved with Directional Drilling, Trenchless Techniques and major pipeline installations. Serving the UK we will undertake all work large or small from a 25mm alkathene water pipe installed up a block-paved drive, up to a steel pipe of 1000mm rammed 100mtrs across a motorway, we have the technology and capability to carry out all projects safely and on time with the minimum amount of disruption to the client and the local environment.

We at SW Directional Drilling pride ourselves on our fantastic customer relations and extensive experience to provide the best possible service within the trenchless industry. As is often the case when dealing with potential clients, possibilities and configurations of duct sizes can vary due to not knowing what is possible with the varying trenchless methods, or even not knowing entirely what is required for certain cable sizes etc. Our engineers can guide you through the process of what can be achieved, what is recommended, what timescales the work can be completed and what can be achieved through various budgets. Due to extensive Network Rail experience we can even provide recommendations and settlement calculations for the varying trenchless Rail Crossing methods, including handling of the Form's A, B and C etc.

We at SW Directional Drilling pride ourselves on providing "the full solution" to handle as much of the work associated with the utility projects we carry out. Through our vast experience and where required, we can offer the full package for any installation. This could include 2D/3D Design, Utility Searches, Surveying, Excavations, Utility Mapping by our Radiodetection Engineers, Pipe Supply and Fusing Welding, Trenchless Installation and reinstatement back to original spec. We have carried out hundreds of projects of this nature where we have been simply handed a cable/ utility route and we have handled the rest.
